Terms of service

Overview

This website is operated by Zyora, LLC, doing business as Little Tada ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show products, colors and sizes accurately, but screens differ and small variations can occur. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may limit quantities or decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our shipping policy and returns by our refund policy.

Product use

Please follow the instructions and safety notes that come with each product. Toys and products with small parts or batteries should be used with adult supervision.

Intellectual property

The text, photos, logos and design of this site belong to Zyora, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you allow us to use them on our site and social channels. Please don't send anything that is unlawful, offensive or belongs to someone else.

Limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
